For photography, edited images are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. Video projects depend on scope but usually 7–14 days. UGC content is delivered within 5–7 days. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
Yes — retainers are available for UGC creation, photography, and social media management. Monthly retainers are the most cost-effective option and include priority scheduling.
Organic usage rights are included with all content. For paid advertising (boosted posts, dark posting, whitelisting), ad usage rights are available as an add-on — typically for 30, 60, or 90-day periods. Perpetual ad usage rights and exclusivity are also available. Pricing depends on scope, so just mention your needs when you enquire.
Common add-ons include: raw footage delivery, additional hook/CTA variations, multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9), SEO captions and hashtags, IG reel cover photos, rush delivery (1–3 days), paid ad usage rights, whitelisting/dark posting rights, exclusivity periods, and monthly retainer discounts. A standard UGC package includes concept ideation, scripting, filming, retention editing, and done-for-you content ready to post.
